...was born in 1975 in Mykolayev (Ukraine). He studied medicine from 1993 to 1999 at the State Medical Academy in Dnipropetrovsk, graduating with an overall grade of "good" as a medical doctor.

Since August 9, 2017, he has been a recognized specialist in general medicine in Germany. He is also a specialist in geriatrics and palliative medicine.

Mr. Gofin-Wagner speaks fluent German and Russian, Ukrainian as his native language, and Latin.
